职责:

    提供客户支持:回答客户问题,提供有关产品/服务的信息,并通过电话、电子邮件、聊天或当面等各种渠道协助处理咨询。

  • 解决问题:处理和解决投诉、问题和疑虑,并按照公司程序处理退货或换货。

  • 处理订单:接收订单、管理变更、处理付款或其他交易。

  • 保存记录:准确详细地记录客户互动、投诉和交易情况。

  • 排除故障:识别并排除常见的产品或服务问题,并将复杂的问题上报给相应的部门。

  • 建立关系:通过公开沟通,培养积极的客户关系并建立信任。

  • 跟踪指标:监控客户服务指标,例如客户满意度和问题解决时间,以帮助识别趋势并改进服务。

Our drivers are responsible for overseeing all aspects of our client's rides. This includes arriving on time wearing our company uniform, politely welcoming our clients, confirming our client's pickup and dropoff locations, explaining to our clients any unusual traffic or natural disaster situations on their routes, and answering all our clients' questions as best as they can, and dropping off our clients at their exact requested locations, and at the times they have requested. The ideal candidate for a driver position will have a passion for road safety and passenger safety and comfort, have an excellent driving record, and create a friendly atmosphere for out clients to enjoy their rides. 

Available Shifts:

Monday through Saturday

. 6am to 2pm

. 2pm to 10pm

. 10pm to 6am

Sunday

. 9am to 5pm

. 5pm to 1am

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safe and timely transport: Drive passengers to and from designated locations in a safe, efficient, and courteous manner, following all traffic laws and company policies.

  • Passenger assistance: Help passengers, including those with disabilities or those with luggage, to get on and off the vehicle.

  • Vehicle maintenance: Perform routine safety inspections of the vehicle, keep it clean, and report any maintenance or mechanical issues to the Fleet Manager.

  • Customer service: Provide excellent customer service by being friendly, assisting with inquiries, and ensuring a comfortable travel experience.

  • Route and schedule adherence: Follow a specific route and schedule to ensure timely pick-ups and drop-offs.

  • Record keeping: Maintain accurate records of trips, such as passenger counts and vehicle logs.

  • Communication: Communicate with dispatchers and other team members to optimize routes and report any issues.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license.

  • Clean driving record.

  • A high school diploma or GED.

  • The ability to pass background checks and drug tests.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Familiarity with GPS and navigation systems.

  • Physical ability to assist with luggage and perform minor vehicle checks when needed.
